Priority mail packages take 1-3 days to be delivered and Priority Mail Express packages take 1 day to be delivered (excluding holidays and Sundays). A return can be requested 72 hours after your package is marked delivered. Your request may be accepted with valid reasoning, which will be determined by us. Valid reasoning includes jewelry not fitting. A refund may be issued if your item(s) arrive broken or the wrong item is sent (it can also be reshipped if the customer chooses).
