By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I confirm that I am making this purchase and if a chargeback is issued this will be used as evidence. I am aware of processing times and understand that our CEO works alone:

Normal Orders: 1-5 days

If I purchased a pre-order I understand that, as stated in the descriptions, it may take 1-2 weeks to ship out.

I also understand that there are no refunds unless the wrong item is sent to you, or it can be reshipped if preferred by customer, or your jewelry does not fit.

Breo Beauty LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after handed over to USPS. Once handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for how long it may take to reach you. We are not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered.

If you have a lost or damaged package, this must be reported to usps by the customer first. 

Breo Beauty LLC is not responsible for any reaction your skin may have to our jewelry. Materials of jewelry are listed in all descriptions. If any changes occur, take the jewelry out immediately or it will get worse. Please be sure to read descriptions. Although all of our jewelry bars are made of surgical stainless steel, some charms of certain pieces contain other materials such as being gold plated or brass.
