Standard First Class packages take about 2-5 days to be delivered after being marked shipped, depending on the distance. Priority mail packages take 1-3 days to be delivered and Priority Mail Express packages take 1 day to be delivered (excluding holidays and Sundays). A return can be requested 72 hours after your package is marked delivered. Your request may be accepted with valid reasoning, which will be determined by us. Valid reasoning includes jewelry not fitting. A refund may be issued if your item(s) arrive broken or the wrong item is sent (it can also be reshipped if the customer chooses). Be sure to keep jewelry dry to avoid possible color change of charms. To do so, make sure to remove jewelry when showering, exercising, or engaging in any other activities that may result in your jewelry getting wet. If your jewelry ever gets wet, make sure to dry it as much and quickly as possible.
